Technical Features
Task planning, time entries and other system-relevant configurations are stored in a metadata database. Via an extensive administration interface with various services, there is the possibility to easily make settings as well as changes, for example a re-import of failed time bookings.

Is my data protected?
Due to the comprehensive administration interface, no configuration within Sage HR Suite or Personio is necessary. The viewing of personal data by your Sage HR Suite partner or the IT department is thus avoided. In the backend of halion clock:it, exactly only what is necessary for the transmission of the times is stored.
We operate the infrastructure for the app for you in a German data center. And that in such a way that no firewall releases are necessary.

halion clock:it is licensed per active terminal regardless of the number of employees and currently costs 15.00 euros net per terminal and month in the simple usage model. You may need a so-called third party license for your HR Suite. Your HR partner knows more about this.

Licensed in an attractive scale based on active app users. When used in a mix with the operation of terminals, you automatically have 5 app users at the start through each licensed terminal. Calculate your price based on the number of app users with the panel below.
