Technical Features
The halion sync:it client comes with a powerful workflow engine that leaves no configuration wishes unfulfilled. The created configurations are stored in a compact SQLite database and with the built-in scheduling planner you can plan your data transfers to the minute. A job server managed directly from the backend then processes your scheduled tasks.

What happens to my master data on the way?
Your data remains directly under your control at all times. Due to the direct connection between the halion sync:it client on your local system and your target system in the cloud, no data ends up in any other cloud services. halion sync:it itself does not permanently store any user data unless you have explicitly configured this.
For one-time data migrations, for example, you can also use halion sync:it on Windows client operating systems. However, for use as a regular, time-controlled data exchange, we recommend operation on a server operating system.

The halion sync:it client is installed locally on your system and handles the communication with your cloud tenant. It is included free of charge in the monthly price and does not cost you an extra euro.
The client is a specially adapted version of our powerful workflow engine halion process:it. So if you ever want to automate additional processes, you can also upgrade.
sync:it Store App
sync:it connects to your cloud tenant via the Store app and delivers the data to your business objects. You can book the app directly in the store for a monthly base price starting at 29.00 euros. The basic price is independent of the number of users in your tenant and results from the number of data transfers you need for your data.
Onboarding
You would rather take care of your business? Databases, tables and fields are not your thing? No problem: in consultation with you, we will take care of everything from booking in the store to the first data transfer for a selected data type. For this you can get the Enablement Pack for 499,00 Euro.
And of course, your ECM partner and we are always there to advise and support you as a service provider. Especially when things need to get more extensive.
